Our room door opened to the porch, and beyond that the beach. Clean room, the indoor pool was clean and nice for the kids when the water's still too cold in the ocean. Plenty of places to sit inside and outside. Parking could be tight in busy season but we went before that, mid-week, and it was mostly empty. Front desk was very polite.

It was a clean hotel stay it's just a very old hotel no fluff just the basics. I would have to say the location is pretty good because you're right there on the beach.
