The staff at this hotel are amazing! We speak very limited Mandarin but we were able to communicate well with the staff both in person and through wechat. They were very responsive and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Location was great. You're walking distance from the main shopping area. The only thing that is annoying is the elevator. I believe the cloud eye observation deck is in the same building along with some other things? You have to transfer elevators halfway up. During rush hour everyone is pushing and shoving to get into the elevators.
