It's a budget hotel and that's what you get. Location is great and staff was very nice and polite. Walls are paper thin so take earplugs with you as can't control people in the rooms next to you. Cafe just next to the property has amazing breakfast

We were looking for an affordable, no-frills overnight stay for three people within walking distance of both the station and The Albert Hall. This fit the bill perfectly. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and slept 3 (although the double bed was a shade on the small size) and the bathroom packed in shower, toilet and sink in a tiny but efficient footprint. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the immediate area so we weren't stuck for choice when it came to breakfast and dinner. I will definitely look at this hotel again if ever I am meeting somebody at Paddington then heading to the Royal Albert Hall.

This was an older Easy Hotel building and I had a nice enough bedroom. The amenities are basic but staff were helpful and location is great. The only issues I found was that I couldn’t get the outer window open for a breeze and the shower holder in the bathroom was broken so I had to improvise a little. Neither was reported to staff because it didn’t bother me enough. Otherwise all good!

I'll start with a good point: the employee at the check in desk was super friendly and helpful. While I knew this was going to be a no frills experience and a small room, I wasn't quite prepared for how small. Especially the bathroom. Getting into the shower required some real acrobatics. I'm glad I was staying by myself. I don't know how 2 people could share one of these double rooms. The bed was extremely hard and the room was pretty noisy. I could hear people in adjacent rooms and in the hall quite clearly. The wifi was pretty spotty.

The hotel was especially nice. We were on the basement floor which had especially cramped rooms and bathrooms. I also saw a room on the third floor, which seemed much better. It's a conveniently located hotel with wonderful staff, but the room on the basement floor was actually too small to be a room for two. It might work as a single room.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very pokey and small. Shower had shower head only so couldn’t use it to wash my daughter. Hotel is also right beside rail lines where trains run into the early hours of the morning. Room could have been cleaner!

It was ok, I didn't expect too much for the price. Yes the room was small and without window the ac will help with fresh air. Possibly you may need a dehumidifier to keep the air not to dry during the night. For 1 or 2 nights it's ok, longer than that I suggest a bigger room with a window. Very close to the train station.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables. Enregistrement rapide. Nous avons pu avoir notre chambre dès notre arrivée (nous avons payé le 20£). Il y a un arrêté d’autobus en face de l’hôtel et la station de train est à 5 minutes. Pleins de restaurants tout près. Que du positif pour moi.
