The room is on the ground floor with a very small, practically unusable window — dark and uncomfortable. It feels more like a hostel due to the shared kitchen. The walls are extremely thin: you can hear neighbors, doors, and conversations as if there were no walls at all. The bathroom lacks privacy, and the plumbing and water heater are very noisy — using the toilet at night will likely wake everyone up.
The only positives are the near-central location and the availability of coffee and a light breakfast in the room.
