The staff were very helpful, and it was a budget room so we didn't expect luxury. However, the staff were totally unaware that the windows in the rooms opened fully, two floors up! We had to ask to be moved to a lower floor because the windows could not be locked. Very dangerous. Even the ground floor the windows were still quite high, and also opened fully. Initially we had a nice view, but ended up above the parking garage where people went to smoke, which was not so nice with a window open.
The breakfast room was often crowded, and sometimes things ran out, but it was an OK breakfast if it is included in the room price.
