Hotel Checkout Disappointment
Everything from beginning of the stay til the end was going well, except the day of check out we tecieved several k ocls at the the door ny the cleaning staff. After informing her that checkout was at 11, she continued to return knocking again. This was definitely a turn off because we had at least 3 hours to pack and shower however we found ourselves rushing to shower and pack in 30 minutes. Her actions were totally uncalled for, even if you have a quota to meet.

Terrible.
My stay was absolutely terrible. I booked 3 king size rooms for my family over 30 days in advance. When we arrived, 2 of the 3 rooms were not kings and there were no kings available. I never had the opportunity to speak with management and I still havent heard anything up until this point. Hotels.com did inform me that there would be no adjustment. The elevator was filthy and smelled awful. There were no functioning ice machines. My room vents were filthy, the bathtub looks as if its impossible to get it white again, the couches were old and sunken in, the entry door wouldnt close unless I threw a shoulder into it, the toilet was loose on the floor and rocked if you sat on it, and the iron wouldnt stop leaking. I'm embarassed to have put my family in that place and I'll never return.

The common areas of the hotel were very dirty, especially the elevator. Employees were not wearing uniforms or name tags but many wore hoodies with the hoods up. Even at the front desk. Many smokers at the hotel entrance we had to walk through. One was in fact a hotel employee

Five stars!
The room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. I appreciated having more than a mini fridge, plates and glasses, pots and pans, etc. The room was quiet, I was never bothered by others' noise. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at hotels! The one thing I wish is that I could have opened the windows. A very nice hotel, I'll be glad to stay there again.

Great staff, room needs work.
All the staff I had contact with were great!!! The bed was like sleeping on plywood lol. Bathroom had missing tiles and appeared ceiling damage in kitchenette area. Room was clean just the need to make repairs to room. Over all experience was good and can’t say enough about how friendly the staff was.

The room was disgusting, there was black mold everywhere and there was an overpowering smell of bleach that made it difficult to breathe in the room.The staff was practically non-existent when I asked I could have a different room. The pool was closed, the gym had no AC and was very hot in the room. The breakfast left A LOT to be desired. I frequent this area when visiting family and You could not pay me to stay at this hotel again.

1_Two mornings in a row, we saw cereal on counter, asked for milk . . . NO milk, we saw children eating dry cereal. 2_We asked for fresh towels, never brought to room. Had to go to front desk for towels and toilet paper. Told by staff that "we are so busy we only refresh room at checkout". 3_I carried the full trash bags down to the dining area waste containers. 4_I read on website that amenities include "limited housekeeping" and "full housekeeping". I asked staff at front desk if we had missed reading something that told me there would be NO housekeeping. She said "I really don't know." 5_On one of my trips to the front desk for help, a sign was mounted on the counter: "In progress Fantasy Football drafts. Sorry for the inconvenience." There is no sense of service or hospitality at the Staybridge Suites, Montgomeryville PA.

I was very disappointed in the way I was treated! I am a U.S. Army Veteran and have never in my 63 years have been treated so bad! The desk clerk was very prejudice and asked me questions that was not asked of the other White customers. She did not have good hospitality! When it was time to check out, there was a long line waiting and no one at the desk. Another employee stated, "she didn't come out yet?" She has the wrong personality to be on the front desk. As far as the room, the refrigerator was nasty. It looked like someone threw coffee on it and forget to wipe it off! The closet had a handle missing and pieces of tile was missing under the bathroom sink! The shower curtain looked dry rotted at the top and the towels had a funny smell to them. My husband and I will never give this hotel another visit! I am very dissatisfied!

Most vomfortable bed ever. Pillows were flat. Room was great. Biggest issue was noise level was a major problem. Screaming slamming doors until 4am. Didnt fall asleep until then so we woke up late for our adventures. Breakfast was a line for wafflemaker & juices/coffee. Said kitchen being redone or something.
