The hotel itself wasn't the best but it wasn't the worse either. It definitely served its purpose, our stay was comfortable. They offered free breakfast. The hotel was super convenient to the location we were going. The room had a slight stuffy smell upon entering. The bathroom was really small, the shower water had almost no water pressure. The sink was awkward to use because of the placement of the facet. There was no chair to sit in, we brought the chairs in from outside. The internet signal was very weak, we ended up using our hot spot to watch tv. The beds were surprisingly pretty comfortable. Overall it wasn't a bad stay. I would consider staying again with a few changes

Perfect for a quick getaway to the Smokies!
The hotel was in a perfect location. It was an amazing day in Gatlinburg, and the hotel room was very clean and up to date. The breakfast that was offered had a great selection, and everything was provided as needed. Lots of decorations around the hotel for the Christmas season, which made the experience very festive. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Also, the stadd was friendly, and I would recommend this for anyone looking for a night or two away in the heart of Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

I was told they did not charge it but I showed it on the bank statement. Also first gave us a room that smelled like dog pee and the indoor pool was not heated like it said…. Ruined my kids vacation

The hot tub in the picture doesn’t work it doesn’t even have water in it. The indoor pool is cold and has so much chlorine in it your eyes burn just walking in the room with it. They only cleaned our room the first night out of five. We had to take out the garbage and go get towels from the front desk and never received the wash cloths they were supposed to bring because the front desk had none. The jet tub it our bathroom didn’t work they had even glued the nobs so they won’t turn. I will never stay here again. We did see bears every night from the balcony though. That was the only exciting part about this hotel.
