Indeed a haven to rest, relax, connect with family and friends. Morning walks around the lakes, swimming in the luxurious infinity pool and the warm jacuzzi to relax .. a great way to chill ! Located in the rustic area with nice view of greenery, caves and lake. It is nice and peaceful. Honestly not many choices for big family like ours. So this three bedroom suite suits our needs. Nice and cosy. But I wish the reception area can be a bit more welcoming, perhaps more lighted and staff more proactive in terms of helping with the luggages. When this package comes with free breakfast buffet, I thought for all 7 of us but turns out it is for 5 only.

Is the Haven a Heaven's stay?
Everything and i mean EVERYTHING was good except that check in time of 3pm is kind of late for me as i have kids that would like to rest after a long drive. They will slip a paper notice under your door to notify you that check out time is 12 noon to ensure you don't forget. It feels that with such a late check in, they cant wait to get you out for the next guest. Appreciate if they can adjust the Check in time to 1pm which will be just nice after lunch.

I had visited the haven before covid with my husband's family. At that time I could not stop raving about the 5 star experience. So we return again now with my family and was sadly disappointed with the drop in the standard of service: the top ipoh restaurant is now horrible, housekeeping not up to par, wi-fi kept dropping, and more importantly the staff don't care.

I expected the bedrooms to be bigger and the second bathroom is very small with no hair dryer .. there is no plates to be found.. there is a stove but no pots and pans , so not sure what it is for. There is no hand soap either. Although no major complaints, the place is very average and no wow factor, not likely to return.

This is not a 4 or 5 star hotel . It is over rated. I give 3 star only . I booked a 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms suite with the kitchen for 5 persons . It has only 4 plates & 4 cups provided . No utensils, no pot , no pan. Overall I won’t say the unit is cleaned . The quality of the care products do not meet the 4 star hotel standard. The water not hot enough and we cannot adjust it. Very disappointed

Die Lage der Unterkunft an einem kleinen See mit Felsformationen im Hintergrund ist einmalig. Die Mehrzahl der Angestellten ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders möchten wir uns beim Frühstückspersonal und bei Michael für die stets nette Umsorgung bedanken. Das war es aber dann auch schon ! Sofort nach der Buchung erhielten wir eine Nachricht das die im Apartment enthaltene Küche erst ab Buchungen > 7 Tage verwendet werden darf. Die Klimaanlagen im Zimmer mussten erst repariert werden. Und das Beste kommt wie immer zum Schluss, wir mußten zwei Rechnungen bezahlen (mit Tax ca. 40 € bzw. 200 RM) für die es keine Quittungen gab und wir auch noch in diese Zeit unterwegs waren. Es ist beim Geld also Vorsicht geboten !
