hard to imagine better value
arrived on the 379 bus from the airport plus less than a 5 minute walk. From arrival to departure the staff couldnt have been nicer. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. The main galleries are within less than 10 minutes walk.

Great value but not for light sleepers.
Really good value hotel for the area. All reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was well connected to the airport and there were a lot of bars and restaurants within 5mins walk. The room was clean and comfortable and I was able to find several TV shows in English. Good hot shower too. My main criteria for the hotel is however based on how well I sleep. I found the hotel noisy from inside and outside on the Friday and Saturday. The room was also particilarly hot which didn't help.

This was a fantastic base for exploring Amsterdam. Tucked away in a pretty quiet street near the park, the hotel is basic but had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was perfect with lovely fresh bread every morning.

Not good for a couple on a romantic holiday
The location was nice but the room has stained carpet and was missing key things. Mainly the bed was not as expected and when I asked if there is a different room with a bed two people can fit in they said "no, we're fully booked and no room has a bigger bed". I thought the room was supposed to have a mini fridge, it didn't but they offered to store our things in the fridge at the front desk; We did and it wasn't cold. Another strange thing was we needed to give the room key back each time we left to go places; this felt like an invasion of privacy.

Great stay
We had a great stay at owl hotel. People who work there are pretty nice and helpful. Hotel had a peaceful backyard where you can sit quietly and drink your free coffee. Location is also very convenient, walking distance to most of the places and neighborhood is also very nice. We enjoyed it very much and would stay there again. Thanks for everything!
