My parents stayed here while my mom was having her immigration appointments and they treated them so well! Food was amazing, rooms were nice and clean and most importantly the staff helped them so much and at times even went above and beyond. There was no water to shower or use the toilets, the card door wasn't working at times, small tv with no good reception also the remote wasn't working .location was short on delivering good satisfying services. Short on the essential element like water running to shower. Staff was friendly
