Booked with Hotels.com. Hotels.com gave my booking away to another company, Expedia. Breakfast was included in my bookingorder with Hotels.com.
Hotelstaff had all their information from Expedia, with breakfast not included.
Staff had no idea about the existens of Hotels.com.
Hotels.com should not give away my booking to another company, without letting me know.
If Expedia is the owner of Hotels or vice versa, is of no importance.
