Convenient, Clean, Quiet
We needed a room on our way to Naples from NY. It was right off the highway, very basic, but most importantly, it was clean, quiet and comfortable and a good price with an added discount for a mid-week stay. In addition the parking lot was well lit and visible from every room. We were satisfied with our stay.

Great price but odor issue
This is an older inn but looks like they have taken care to do some cosmetic upgrades. Curtains look new. Lighting is very nice especially for reading. We had windows with screens that actually opened. Wall dispensers and in shower for soaps, etc. Beds were comfortable and clean. My major issue was the odor. It smelled like Axe cologne or similar strong chemical smell. Price was very reasonable but wouldn’t stay here again due to the odor. My lungs do not do well with strong chemical smells. Fortunately it was a one night stay.

Charge non smokers extra money
I’m a non smoker and they charged extra if you want a non smoking room. I had to get a smoker room. The bed was hard and had holes in the bed spread. The Entertainment for TV was good and clean.

Comfy budget place but not fancy
This place is a simple but comfy motel offering convenience & budget lodging. It’s not fancy but comfortable enough. The remodel has greatly helped. The night clerk Mohan was super gracious & hospitable despite appearing grumpy. He took good care of us. We would stay here again and if you are encountering and stopping to get rest, no other place comes close to the price. Safe travels.

The hotel was good for the price but my problem was the heater didn’t work and it was around 40 degrees outside. I had to sleep with my clothes on. I notified the manager. They said they would try to fix it but it was a cold night in Jacksonville.
