Samed Pavilion is a convenient base for this area of the island. Whilst not the most luxurious stay in the area, it is clean, pleasant and the staff are friendly and efficient. Strongly recommend for those who prefer to enjoy beach life rather than spend all their time on holiday in a hotel.

This hotel is an overpriced dump. It’s not even on the beach. It’s very outdated and not well-maintained. The windows in the room were dirty, there was a smell of sewer, the staff was not helpful. Don’t waste your time or money on this hotel. There are much nicer ones right on the beach..

Very nice and quiet place in Koh Samed
My second stay in this hotel and I recommend it. The staff is very friendly and rooms are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great. But don’t forget lotion against mosquitoes….

Mooi hotel dicht bij strand. Relatief klein zwembad met weinig bedjes. Voldoende plek in de kamer om spullen op te bergen. Fijne douche. Meeste personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt prima maar geen kaas croissants.

Helt Okey hotel
Fint og rent rom, stort bad. Ingen terrasse men det var en stol utenfor døren vi kunne bruke. Vi bodde i enden så mulig derfor vi fikk em stol. Frokosten var ikke mer enn ok, god kaffe. Men servicen til den jenta som satt i resepsjonen når vi sjekket ut var dårlig. Ingen smil, ville heller snakke med kollega, var ingen høflighets frase når vi gikk, ei heller et blikk. Opplever Thailand som et hyggelig og servicemindet folk men hun var kanskje bare dårlig humør.
