Out of the Way but Gorgeous View
Easy check in and check out. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room looked out onto the Ettal Monastery and it was gorgeous. You get a great workout walking up and down to the monastery. Linderhof is about 12 km away. Ettal Monastery is within walking distance. They have the cutest little frogs there. You must look for them. About the size of a dime. Food wasn’t bad there. Breakfast was a nice spread. We had dinner at Ettal Muller which was authentic German food. It was delicious. The hotel restaurant was equally yummy and we all enjoyed our food.
