Poor politics for charged de room
The service was very good. The workers very happy and friendly. But the administration was too poor. They charged the value of the stay before entering the hotel. That seemed abusive to me. I was supposed to have paid an additional amount as insurance for non-use, however, they made the charge one day before arriving at the hotel and not at the time of check out.

Simple hotel in Sultanahmet
We just needed a place for one night and this fit the bill. It's a nice little hotel, but has seen better days. Definitely not the four-star it is listed as. Room was a bit shabby and the heads up that the shower is unusable (as in, there is literally no way to use the shower handle in the holder provided, so you have to just rinse yourself off by hand). But the breakfast was lovely and the staff was super friendly and helpful, so would be ok for someone looking for a very simple hotel in a convenient neighborhood.

God beliggenhet, gangavstand til det meste
Rommet vi fikk kunne trengt en oppussing. Den ene lampen fungerte ikke, sisternen på wc hang seg opp og teppegulvet var skittent. Den ene dagen glemte de å rengjøre rommet vårt, vi måtte selv be om nye håndklær i resepsjonen. Beliggenheten var svært bra, med gangavstand til det meste. Personalet var hyggelige og imøtekommende.
