Captain's Retreat Apartments, May 2024

The house is lovely and spotlessly clean and we'd have no problems returning. However, the room we chose was beside the front door, so as the other guests came and went we'd be disturbed by the front door closing. The Captain's Retreat Apartments will be our choice should we visit the area again, but we would choose a different room.

Super friendly welcome and a nice little surprise room upgrade. This place is decorated beautifully and makes you feel so at home. Huge shared kitchen and lounge room which leads out onto a large patio. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Walking distance to many choices of places to eat.

I am so pleased we chose this property to stay in while we explored Williamstown. The decor that enhanced the old world features was well thought out and provided a comfortable relaxed ambience. I adored spending time on the deck eating breakfast and then sipping a wine before dinner in the garden downstairs was a delight. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. Absolutely loved this spot! Parking undercover right at the door. Family enjoyed it, with smart tv, large slection of channels and a complimentary welcome basket of quality home made bread, cereals, milk and juice upon arrival. Lovely garden area off the front and bedroom sliding doors. Quiet (relative for in town), and close to local pubs and restaurants. Narelle very welcoming and will be back again.
