Woodbyne Cottages is a fabulous place to stay The manager was so welcoming and helpful The 3 bedroom cottage was so spacious clean and private with a large grassed space outside The toilet is through the laundry not in the bathroom which was great for privacy The pool was beautifully maintained and the bbq area spotless We strolled into Cowes twice which took about 15 minutes We loved everything about this place and will definitely be back

Nice stay but wifi was woefull
The cabin was comfy and everything worked fine except the wifi. The pool was not available on time one morning as it was still being cleaned, the cleaner didn’t speak English so couldn’t find out when it would be open. I had arranged my morning for a run then a swim so was annoyed at this delay.

Great spot for a holiday.
What a great little spot to stay. Just out of Cowes and so peaceful. We could sit on the balcony and watch the wallabies next door in the evening. Only six cottages, all with covered space for your car, and lots of room inside. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was great. Everything we needed for the stay was included, we would definitely stay here again. Oh, and lovely hosts too.

This is a lovely site. Ignore the word ‘resort’ if that conjures up large numbers of people and cabins. There are only 6 cabins in a well maintained landscaped park. It’s handy for all attractions on the island

The property is in a good location on the island and we enjoyed seeing the kangaroos in the open field as well as the koalas in the reserve nearby. It is a simple cabin/cottage which was cold for us because there is no heating and the weather was cool. I repeat my complaint about the instant coffee offered in the majority of rentals in Australia! What a shock not to have a simple coffee machine available. I hope that changes because instant coffee is dreadful. There is a lovely restaurant on the property which added a very nice touch for a one night stay. I wish them success.
