The nicest and most helpful staff of any pousada we've stayed in. And that's lots. Everyone was great. The property has a friendly, easygoing atmosphere. Special commendation to restaurant and front desk! My laptop malfunctioned during our 3-day stay, and Douglas, at reception, dedicated literally hours to helping me get a good broadband connection, find service, etc. As soon as the pousada secures reliable internet/wifi, this will be our go-to in Ilhéus.

Boa opção em Ilhéus.
A localização é ótima em um trecho da praia que forma piscinas naturais. A piscina tem um deque com vista para o mar. O café da manhã é bom. Os jardins são muito bem cuidados e a área verde é ampla e agradável. A única coisa que deixou a desejar é o horário de funcionamento do restaurante que fecha cedo mesmo em alta temporada, além de não oferecer pratos ou talheres para refeição delivery nós quartos.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo nessa pousada, em geral ela é muito boa, peguei um quarto simples, tive alguns probleminhas com a estrutura. Mas eu fui prontamente acolhida e me colocaram numa suíte muito boa. Gostaria de parabenizar a equipe da cozinha os garçons são muito simpáticos e pro ativa, sempre estão dispostos a ajudar. Comida boa, café da manhã muito bom. Espaço compartilhado muito agradável.

Pousada bonita, com estacionamento e piscina. Café da manhã fraco, nada feito na hora como tapioca ou omelete, poucas opções. Travesseiros com cheiro ruim, sem troca de toalhas de banho. Também não oferecem toalha de praia ou piscina. Secador de cabelo tem que pegar na recepção.

A pousada é muito boa, o quarto é excelente e a area muito bonita e bem arborizada, pena que o servico de wifi é ruim e o cafe da manha poderia ter mais opções e quando fiz o check out perguntei ao funcionário se poderia ficar na area da piscina ja que iria almoçar, o mesmo me informou q teria que pagar o day use, achei estranho, mas recomendo.
