I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

Great staff and very helpful. Parking was a challenge as you can’t self park. They are slow to retrieve car when you need it. Bed was uncomfortable, only only tiny one pillow person and limited towels. Great location as it’s easy to get around.

Também estavam em obras e o barulho era alto.
Saia um cheiro ruim do ralo do banheiro. Os elevadores deram problema várias vezes durante a estadia e durante uma noite tive que subir de escadas até o 8°andar. Entretanto a acomodação é boa, com ar condicionado, chuveiro com boa pressão da água, serviço de limpeza todos os dias com troca das toalhas e o café da manhã é muito bom.

Razoável. Uma chuva torrencial no momento que chegamos e não tinha local para deixar o carro em um local coberto. Solicitei um guarda chuva na recepção onde foi informado que não tinha. Após o check-in na recepção subimos pro quarto e para nossa surpresa os 2 cartões magnéticos não tinham sido acionados para acessar o quarto. O restante ok. Quarto razoável.
