Comfortable and central to Madrid.
The Condominium was great condition. Checking was a little too lengthy and cumbersome. I did enjoy the technology used to be able to check in but for last minute booking it needs to be simplify. Overall we as family enjoy the stay and comfort. Will use it again and highly recommended for more than a day. It’s central and walking distance to many places within Grand via.

Lovely stay
Great apartments in a prime spot of Madrid - great restaurants, cakes, shopping, sightseeing. The two bed apartment was very spacious and had almost everything. Lift access makes it easy with bags to reach each floor, as well as stairs for daily use. The electronic or code opening was easy to use (if you’re digitally savvy). Was handy to have a washing machine, however a dryer would have been handy for socks etc, to ensure they dried in time. Would also benefit from sheets that were larger so they didn’t come off every night, and a guide to the aircon panel as we could seem to work this.

The one bedroom for four people apartment was clean and recently renovated. The neighborhood is super nice, too. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the sofa bed for the other two guests was unbearable, you can feel the bars and structure in general. To give you an idea, no adult could sleep there. Only my 5 years old was able to sleep there because she is super skinny, my 6 years old sleep with me, he wouldn’t tolerate the bars. I would definitely come back if they upgraded the sofa bed.

This place is unbearably hot and inhabitable for humans. My children cried all night, because they could not sleep and it was difficult to breath. Reached out to customer service via whatsapp chat and the only solution they offered was to provide some fans, which would circulate heat and refund money or move to another hotel - at 1 a.m. - we went there just to spend a night and rest prior to our long flight to the US. No one from management contacted us or apologized. This property is inhabitable for humans and whoever lists it anywhere should be held accountable for criminal negligence and recklessness! They claimed that the AC was not properly working because of the power outage in the area, which was a nonsense. They control the AC from somewhere and there is no way for guests to control it from apartment. Reached out to local electrical company and was advised that there was no outage... Do not go to this place unless you would like to experience what I had experienced with my family. Btw, no one refunded any money. Expedia and all other pertinent sources where this property is listed must remove it from their sources in order not to expose their liability insurance for knowingly listing this property as habitable, whereas it is inhabitable for humans...

The apartment was great. Location, cleanliness, amenities. I would provide lighter blanket for the Spanish summer but that’s only complaint. Additionally, would like to highlight communication with the staff. We forgot something at the apartment and could easily contact the staff to get it from the apartment
