Stay was bad..in spite of having documentary proof of booking the accomodation with complementary breakfast, the hotel people did'nt provide breakfast. They has written the same on the booking form. It seems as the information comes to them from hotels.com through expedia, they are not even aware of hotels.com. This is general info all hotels informed. Further, while the confirmation to the customer contains the facilities offered, the booking confirmation document does not contain these things. Also the least preferred room was allotted inspite of advance booking. Looks that hotels.com customers get least preference compared to direct or those booked directly on hotel website.
