Checked in late at night, had a smooth checkin, arranged for breakfast boxes in the morning as we had to checkout around 6am, which were arranged promptly in the morning with cut fruits, grilled sandwich and cofee, overall excellent service and comfortable , clean rooms

The stay was comfortable I was with my infant child and the staff was helpful especially Gowtham and Sneh at the restaurant helping us out for the food for the child. They were ready to prepare anything special for the child which was more than enough to make our stay comfortable

Value for money

Overall facilities are good. Value for money and located at prime location. Interior decoration is mostly covered with yarn and handloom design, it’s looking amazing. Food is delicious and service is very prompt and professional. Gym and swimming pool faculty is good. Suggestion for improvement: 1)Rest room have transparent glass and screen provided. 2) Rest room door locks is hard to operate , so most of the time it’s kept open it’s affecting the AC cooling and hygienic. 3)Only one common door for bathroom and toilet. 4)Shower water is hot even kept slow. No regulate for hot water.

The hotel does not qualify for 5 star standards- for room space less for a family, parking space is less..so only valet parking, restaurant is exorbitantly priced, Bar menu is only for printing where most of the items are not available, does not provide ambience and character of a 5 star hotel, I doubt the fire safety aspect of the bulilding, power switches are very confusing....over all does not fit to be categorised as 5 star hotel. Only highlight is location. Staff are good enough.
