This is a smaller hotel, and not as updated as most. They do have WiFi and satellite tv in the rooms. What makes it a special place to stay is the staff at the hotel. Norma was always so professional and any question we had about getting around she knew the answer. Norma was always looking out for us when we went out and waiting when we got home. I would highly recommend a stay at the Boutique Paulina Hotel when you are in Queretaro. I stayed at the property for 9 days.

Todo muy bien. excepto que al ir por una tercera toalla de baño no habia nadie en recepcion y dejaron un numero de telefono, al cual llamamos y no contestaron.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse en Querétaro. La habitación impone. Un techo altísimo y espectacular baño. Muy limpio y amplio. Mucho espacio para guardar equipaje... demasiado. Lugar muy intimo y seguro. Cerca de lugares de interés en el centro de la ciudad. Atención de 10. Lo único que falló un poco fue la señal de wi-fi.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo porque duermo muy bien, las habitaciones son cómodas, también los colchones. Normita, la encargada es muy atenta y muy amable. Y me encanta la arquitectura del lugar.
