As a family with children aged 10 and 12, we absolutely loved this resort. The pool was invaluable to be able to have time for ourselves to relax as well as the children. Buffet was great and the manager was amazing. Our children loved watching the baby reef sharks swimming next to the jetty out the front of the resort. Would highly recommend to both couples, individuals or families as they offer something for everyone.

The property is one of the best property for Besar island in the price range. Pools are great facility if you have non swimmers with you. We had kids and they just loved it. Food was good for Non Vegetarians but being vegetarian, we faced trouble. Cook helped on day 1 with good friend rice on day 1 in complimentary breakfast but that was the only 1 item we got in vegetarian food, apart from juice and tea coffee. On second day we were served something which noone liked and we left only with juice and tea/coffee. Apart from that, we did not like the policy of charging extreme for water bottles. May be the case in that part of the world of using the bottles, I would recommend increasing room rent and giving water refills for free. That would stop ruining the amazing beaches of Perhentian Islands with plastic litters.

Super hotel sur une superbe plage dans une magnifique grande baie isolée, avec la jungle derrière. Magnifique vue depuis le grand hall de l’hôtel ouvert sur la plage, face a l’embarcadère donc pratique. Joliment décoré, grande et belle piscine, dommage que l’eau ne soit pas très propre, ils la nettoient tous les jours mais ça doit manquer de traitement de fond… Grande chambre un peu sombre, chaude mais il y a la climatisation. Pas pratique pour faire sécher ses vêtements et serviettes mouillés. Personnel très gentil. Petit déjeuner buffet très varié et copieux. Belle grande plage propre. Super séjour au bout du monde !

L'hébergement était directement sur la plage, et était franchement très beau. Les chambres sont grandes et le personnel super dispo. Le Petit déjeuner bon mais un peu triste par apport la partie sucré, tout façon satisfaisante. La plage incroyable mais à 15h la mer commence à se retirer et du coup c'est impossible faire du snorkeling. Je retournerai avec plaisir, parce que le prix c'est super bon.

景色が綺麗で海を楽しむなら最高の場所でした。宿は必要最低限の設備なので、日本並みのサービスを求めない方がいいです。スタッフの方も親切で丁寧に対応してくれました。 ご飯は、ロングビーチなど水上タクシーで他のところに食べに行くことをおすすめします。

Splendeur passée...
L'hôtel présente de beaux espaces, belle réception, grande piscine,belles chambres MAIS l'entretien laisse à désirer. Piscine trouble, rembardes cassées non réparées, boiseries non entretenues et peinture écaillée. Il a fallu insister lourdement pour que le ménage soit fait au moins une fois pendant notre séjour de 4 nuits et la personne qui est venue n'a balayé que l'entrée de la chambre. Le personnel est gentil, s'excuse facilement mais je ne suis pas sûre qu'il comprenne bien l'anglais ! Nous avions une chambre avec terrasse côté mer ,fort agréable mais il y avait des relans d'égouts provenant du marigot qui s'écoule juste Dommage. Petit déjeuner avec du choix mais pas de produit de qualité. Le restaurant lui a une carte très limitée. Quant à la plage, elle mériterait également d'être mieux entretenue en accord avec les hôtels voisins.

Het is een mooi resort, maar niet goed onderhouden, beetje vergane glorie. Het eten van het buffet is niet bijzonder, al met al geen aanrader helaas. Wel mooi groot zwembad, maar ook dat wordt niet goed onderhouden.
