Decepção
Fui entregar os controles de outro apartamento que eu estava no Lacqua 1 e aproveitei e já falei com atendente que ali eu passaria mais 10 noites tbm no Lacqua 1, assim ele já agilizaria a minha entrada( quanto a limpeza do apartamento), então ele ligou para o pessoal que faz a limpeza pedindo pra eles limparem que eu voltaria para fazer a entrada, isso foi antes das 11 da manhã, voltei as 14:40 e o apartamento nem limpo estava, tive que esperar mais um tempão(com 2 crianças, garoando), conversei com o gerente e falou que eu teria que esperar, a moça da limpeza daquele dia super grossa, gritou comigo sobre o apartamento, outra coisa , pelo menos 1x por dia tinha que subir na recepção para desbloquear o acesso, não sei pq bloqueava e a porta não abria, o chuveiro horrível, saia água para os cantos, pra tomar banho tinha que entrar quase dentro da parede, enfim, sou cliente do Lacqua há muitos anos, várias pessoas já foram por indicação minha e dessa vez me decepcionei, não foi bom, ano passado aluguei com vocês e foi tudo perfeito, o quarto estava perfeito, com vários mimos, vários agrados, mais dessa vez tudo foi ruim, vim embora um dia antes de acabar minha estadia.

A unidade é ótima. Tem bastante espaco pra uma família e está em ótimo estado de conservação. Ar condicionado e ventiladores mantiveram uma temperatura otima e o atendimento da JC foi realmente diferenciado.
