For the price you can get better options!
The hotel is very good with an outstanding staff. Breakfast could be better with more options to be ordered. The restaurant is very expensive. And in the last day a weddinng setup woke us up inn the morning and the hotel only sad "I'm sorry". We didn't even know about the setup and that all the pool area would be unavailable.

This hotel was INCREDIBLE. A hidden gem on Ilhabela. There are few rooms at this hotel and often we felt as if we had the entire property to ourselves. The staff was very friendly and offered some great advice for nightlife in the north of the island. We were asked to fill out a form prior to our stay asking us about some preferences we had. I believe there was a mixup as we requested certain information regarding yoga and to visit the waterfalls/ secluded beach, however, we did not receive any info. I had to follow up multiple times in order to get info regarding the waterfall excursion. We almost missed this experience due to the lack of follow-up and info from the staff. Once we got everything figured out, we made it to the

O Hotel é muito bem decorado! Lindo! Chuveiro ótimo! Cama ótima! Café da manhã não é buffet, precisa solicitar ao atendente o que vamos querer. O atendimento é muito fraco, demora e fazem confusÔes nos pedidos. Tem muito borrachudo e mosquitos. Não podemos sair do quarto sem repelente. Hotel faz divisa com um restaurante e nosso dormitório ficava nesse lado. A noite muito barulho de carros e pessoas falando.
