Seriously the WORST experience EVER!
This was a nightmare from start to finish. The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee. They promised to get it cleaned which they did while we were out at dinner but the leak was not fixed. They told us the leak would be fixed the next day. It wasn't. We ran out of hot water the third day and kept emailing and texting and was asked by the manger to fix it ourselves? He finally came after 3 days to fix it. Because the rooms were prepaid, Hotels.ca could not help us. The manager told us he would refund us our nights we didn't have hot water but he has ignored each email since. We couldn't leave as it was prepaid and all hotels were full due to Formula 1 that weekend.
Now the location is good but if you have issues with stairs, not a good place for you (we were in E). There is a tight staircase to the bedroom and full washroom (be prepared to clean up after the shower - it leaks too). The outside door to the deck does not open fully.
At the end of the day, it looks cute but I would never stay at any of the places managed by this group.
