This hotel is clean however food is the same everyday even the lunch and evening menu. Not worth going all inclusive. We had to get taxi evey evening so we could eat which to be honest wasnt cheap. If the hotel catered more food and varietys then we wouldnt have spent 2100 Dirhams in 6 days!! Hotel price definitely not worth it just so you have clean surroundings. You have to pay for water which 25dh compare to 4 outside but you cant bring food or water from outside. Hamnam was.nice and worth the price but was annoying that you have to pay for the sauna and jacuzzi. Outside swimming pool is nice and free but they play the same music all day long. I would say this hotel is not for family with kids more for couples or even honeymoon couples as it is quiet and out off the way from other tourist attractions. Restaurant manager is very lovely and good at having a banter with you and staff who stand by the front door very friendly and wiling to help.

overall good stay but read the details
It was a good stay. Since it was so hot in Marrakesh, we bought 4 bottles of water, but one person (seems like a director) didn't allow us to bring them to the hotel, we asked why? he asked how much we paid for our stay, we said just over a 100$ a night. he said, this hotel can go forward with a minimum of 200$ a night, so to compensate, they try to sell other services

4/10 Fair

Hotel staff especially reception, gave no details of anything at check in. Just given room key - no offer to take bags up even though we had a child with us and pram. No one can speak or understand English. We wanted to book excursions through the hotel and were told there's nothing to book just take a taxi wherever you want to go. We got dumped in the middle of no where by a taxi - the driver had no clue where we wanted to go. Morrocans can't remember the names their own sites or points in the city. All of them looking to make a fast buck out of tourists - saying taunting words like is one dirham too much for you to pay ? The next day after complaining to the same hotel manager, he miraculously pulls out a folder to book excursions and day trips via the hotel. Rooms sub par - very dusty felt like a smokers room. No slippers - towels hard and disgusting. Breakfast - very poor - barely any choice and hard stale bread served every day. Would not book here again - this is not a 5 star hotel at all.

As I am sure you are aware I was out here on business, there just happened to be a national truck drivers strike the day i arrived and my shipment could not be delivered.I had booked for 11 days and used only 5 of them. When I informed the hotel I was going to be leaving early they informed me I probably wouldn't get any money back, but as I was returning in a week they could let me have the days in lieu... Obviously on my return I was not given these days just the run around from manager to manager to a point that I checked out and went to a hotel just around the corner. Not only have they lost my business they have lost the business of a rather company here in Marrakech who I have reported this to. I guess if you just come out here and spend the time you booked then it is nice place, staff very helpful until you get to management level..

Excellent building but horrible service..
Excellent hotel but lousy service.. took us 2 hours to check in at 2:00 am in the morning.. staff just wouldn’t except our booking and wanted payment upfront even though it was prepaid by hotel.ca.. very frustrated.. 71 yrs old was fainting as it was a log day of journey and heat.. temps were at 38*C.. asked was water to drink and they wanted to be paid on the spot.. very rude and ignorant staff.. they need to improve their customer service... spiders in the rooms as it’s a big hotel and they gave us rooms that weren’t used for a while..

A beautiful Palace. Large comfortable clean rooms. A large, intelligent and obliging staff. You have to be there to fully appreciate its beauty and comfort. Everything works perfectly, including the English, French and other language TV stations. PERFECT

not ready to accept guests
checked in as planned, generally neat and tidy, comfortable room. in the room- no facility for coffee or tea, not even a bottle of water, mini bar not even connected to electricity, let alone some drinks. information card on the desk said to dial 9 for reception, it was the wrong number, I had to step outside the room and ask one of their staff, wifi is available but no password in the room, you have to call the reception. Safe deposit locker available, but no information available how to use it, contacted the reception and they said they can send someone to check it. air con in the room failed several times, thermostat in the room was faulty, everynight you have to call the reception to send somebody to correct it.Third night of the stay after several attempts to correct the aircon, I decided to leave the patio door to balcony open all night so that I could get some sleep. Finally I decided to cut short my holiday and return home three days earlier than planned. the web site said there is an indoor pool and spa, but there is nothing like that, there is only an outdoor pool which is not heated. restaurant- 1st night I went to have some dinner- I was given a menu card printed in French, asked for one in English but they didn't have one. the food was not appetizing and was over priced. location- it is in the middle of the desert, you will struggle to find a taxi, the hotel will book taxi for premium rate, but you can get a taxi for much less from the town for your return trip.
