Nice place, pretty clean but there was a Q-tip floating in the toilet when I arrived. (And when I left, too - I wasn't gonna fish it out.) No desk/workspace, so if that's important, look elsewhere.
Biggest complaint was their service - total lack of response to at least three voice- and e-mails, and at midnight the day of my arrival they wrote to demand a scan of my passport as a "security measure." First off they could have done that a lot earlier, secondly it's sensitive personal information and thirdly if there's nobody there to check that the pace on the passport matches the face of the guest, how does it increase security? If I stole the credit card to make the booking, I could just as easily steal the passport with the same name (or make one on Photoshop). Will look elsewhere the next time I'm in Brussels
