First of all the website is not updated with the correct address of the property. We went to the wrong location and had to wait almost 2 hours for them to fix the problem and find us a place to stay. The apartment promised on the website was not the one they gave us and end up giving us 2 different apartments which was very inconvenient because we wanted to spend time all together as a family. The person who was communicating with us (Alejandro) was very unprofessional and didn’t care much about giving us a solution. The payment was unconvinient because Alejandro sent Ramdom people to pick up the payment when we wanted to pay online with a card thru Expedia and had to pay cash. Overall The apparments were great but unfortunately the customer service was awful.
