Não vale a pena relação custo x benefício
Camas moles , travesseiros finos bem desgastados ,toalhas finas também . Se não conseguem dormir com claridade nem se hospedem neste hotel pois a cortina é branca quase transparente e antes das 06:00hrs da manhã a claridade já entra no quarto . Café da manhã razoável . É barato ,porém a relação custo x benefício é péssima .

Hotel bem localizado com bastante opções de comprars por perto , banheiro grande , cama confortável e grande , o apt que fiquei tinha ate uma varanda foi o N°504 , piscina climatizada ,vc podendo ficar nela ate as 22:00, sauna , cafe da manha muito bem servidos com varias opções de paes , sucos , iogurte , pao de queijo , bolos , estacionamento gratis sem manobrista , recepcionistas bem atenciosos e prestativos, playground para criancas , sala de jogos , pembolim , sinuca , ping pong , fliperama e sala de carteados , salao de reunioes ,sala de Tv , o Hotel tbm conta com um clube fora do hotel localizado a 3km do hotel

A janela de vidro transparente sem blackout. O box do banheiro estava quebrado. O chuveiro despencou no meio do banho. Apesar disto, nos trocaram para outra suite que resolveu todos os problemas.

Sofrível, parecia o local abandonado com exceção da recepção, limpeza na área da piscina interna ruim, na sauna sugeria incrustada,no quarto vi insetos (tesourinhas e baratinhas) no café da manhã pedi ovos fritos e nada pois o cozinheiro não chegou, cheio de cartazes proibindo de tudo. Em geral foi uma decepção.

O quarto podia ser mais confortável.
O hotel é bom, só não gostamos muito do quarto. Ouvimos muito barulho da rua. O quarto tinha aquelas janelas em várias camadas que abafam o som, mas não tinha ar condicionado, então ou ouvíamos o barulho ou passávamos calor. O ventilador de teto não tinha graduação de vento. A cama de casal era no tamanho padrão. Gostamos do estacionamento gratuito, da localização, da piscina aquecida. Café da manhã variado, muito bom.

Nem sempre o custo é benefício.
Sobre a limpeza faltou repor os sabonetes, xampu e papel higiênico. A cama é horrível, pequena, colchão de mola modelo antigo. A tv trava e somente canal aberto. A sauna necessita reforma urgentemente. Sobre o café da manhã os ovos mexidos são feito com banha de porco muito forte para o café da manhã, demais itens alguns pães doces não são fresquinhos. A área de lazer externa fica 4km de distância e a piscina climatizada não estava liberada para uso com a água turva, novamente as porções fritas foram executadas com banha de porco ( eu não gostei) a caipirinha é boa. Outro ponto mesmo com a janela anti ruído os quartos da frente são muito afetados pelo barulho da rua e de obras que estão sendo realizadas ao lado do hotel.

Razoável
Fiquei decepcionado, pois pelas fotos parecia muito melhor, a piscina interna "aquecida" precisa de manutenção, estão com alguns vidros quebrados, cobertos apenas com uma tela e com isso entra bastante vento, deixando tudo muito frio. impossibilitando o aquecimento da piscina. Quando fui saber da piscina externa fiquei sabendo que seria a 10 minutos do local de carro, perdi o interesse de conhecer. O café da manhã precisa melhorar. Pontos positivos para o quarto, banheiro e chuveiro.
