Arrived at the hotel to see a queue at reception with people having trouble checking in. Another customer came down to complain he had been waiting 30 minutes for someone to come and help him but no one came. After 40 minutes of waiting we finally got seen and were given our card, we got to the room and noticed we'd been given a room for two people instead of 3, so went back down stairs, we got the key card replaced ( other customer was back down again complaining) and to our shock we were given the key to someone elses room! All their belongings were still in there so this is a massive security risk and made us lose trust in the hotel as they could quite easily give someone else our key card. went back down to reception to complain but they wasn't bothered at all and laughed it off. So check in took over an hour with multiple problems, and they still hadn't been upstairs to help the other customer who was waiting over an hour.
The bed was like a rock, you get one pillow even after asking for an extra pillow they say yes but never give you one. Duvet to small for the bed. Toilet seat was half broken and the air con controller never worked properly, said 25 degrees the whole time even though we were selecting 18 degrees.
Breakfast avoid! All the hot food is gone by 8 and they don't bring out more, juice is like water. Once it's gone they don't bother making anymore, goes for all food. Hot chocolate isn't drinkable. No English tea. The worst hotel breakfast I've ever had.
