The service was excellent, and the person who checked you in was wonderful. However, we had a hot water issue for 2 nights during our 3-night stay and a light problem at main living room, kitchen, and dining area. Although the manager did give us a cake, snacks, and drinks as a compensation, you still won’t feel happy if you run into a hot water problem during a freezing weather days, and came back to a house with some area was dark.
Besides, the floor with a sofa bed and the room with 2 single beds located downstair was a little bit too cold during the night since it did not have a thermostat to control its own temperature during our stay.
