Because we had a US phone number we couldn’t relieve the sms message on how to get in. Your company really needs to send out the codes via email as well for the travelers who don’t get the sms messages. Fortunately, as we were trying to figure out how to contact someone the manager was leaving and helped us get our code. This man was wonderful, very friendly and a real life saver!

När jag öppnande dörren med kod till rummet, låg det en kvinna i sängen. Ringde hotellet (ingen reception) så sa dom att det var omöjligt... Fick nytt rum. Fräscha rum o badrum i övrigt kändes allt lite... konstigt helt enkelt.

Frukosten serveras kl 08.00 på lördagen, så vi hann inte äta den innan utcheckning. Även problem med parkeringen som öppnade 09.00 å lördag. Hotellrummen var i lvrigt inget fel på.
