Check-in: There was a little hiccup with the check in process. I was a little late to the agreed upon arrival time due to a late bus, and, when I arrived, there was nobody there. I just stood outside the gate for 20-25 minutes unsure of what to do. Luckily I had internet access so I was able to send them a message. The guy came back quickly so crisis averted. Clearer check in instructions/contact info would have been nice, especially the part about if you will arrive later than the prearranged time.
Room: The triple room is very modern, beautifully decorated. It was however a bit smaller than the pictures showed. I think it's more suited for two people. Loved the shower with the multiple shower head settings. The only real issue I had was with the "bed" for the third person. It's more like a cot and it doesn't work that well. One side kept collapsing and it wasn't that comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Fresh towels daily. Not much going on in the immediate area, but very convenient - about 5 minutes to metro and Vatican museum. Host is very friendly, eager to help, and recommended several places to eat.
Overall, nice, modern place to stay for my time in Rome.
