Had to change rooms because television broken in first room. Heated towel rack broken in second room. No one told me I could have gotten free coffee, fruit and morning pastries in the lounge. The Wilder was a beautiful property in a quiet area. It was a 20-25 minute walk to City Centre for shopping and Temple Bar for entertainment, but there were other dining options closer as well. The staff was excellent! We arrived early the morning of check in after a long day of international travel, and the desk staff helped us get into our room even though it was several hours before check in time. The dining staff was also friendly and accomodating.
