APART TESLİMİ ÇOK YAVAŞ!
Otele giriş saatimiz 14.00 olmasına rağmen saat 13.00 de oradaydık görevliler giriş 14.00 de dedi bekledik 14.00 de gittik temizleniyor dediler temizliğin bitmesini bekledik saatlerce otele girişimiz saat 16.00 daydı hizmet çok yavaş daha iyi hizmet vermesi, verilen sözleri tutması lazım.

Rustig, interessant hotel
Goede ligging, rustig en complex verkeert in prima. De hygiene in het hotel is zeer teleurstellend. Onze 1e appartement was echt te goor (bedlakens met bloed- en urinesporen, veel haar in de badkamer, smerige keuken enz.). Dankzijn de hotelmanager hebben we na de 2e dag een upgrade gekregen welke wel in goede, schone staat verkeerde. Een absoluut nadeel was dat we specifiek moesten vragen of er schoongemaakt kon worden, wat normaal gesproken als standaard voorziening bij de prijs in begrepen zit. Tevens hebben we begrepen dat het schoonmaakpersoneel reeds 2 maanden geen loon ontvangen heeft dus wellicht is dit (deels) een verklaring voor bovenstaande. Al met al weet ik niet of we nog een keer bij dit hotel gaan boeken.
