Staff super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did not receive a room upgrade for our VIP benefits due to non availability. However the gentleman who checked went above and beyond to make up for this and kindly gave us some extra perks.The hotel is very small but quaint. A little bit hard to find. But all in all it was a good experience. The breakfast was very fresh, tasty and generous..Thank you to your great staff.
