You will feel very secure staying here. For the building entrance, you need an additional key to get into the complex when the main gate is closed, and from the front door of the hotel, you have buzz in with your room card, and also for the door in front of reception. Sonia checked me in and she's very nice. Location is great, a 5 minute walk from Dante metro station and less than 10 minute walk from Via Toledo, the main shopping street. You also get breakfast across the road, it's only a croissant and a hot drink, but better than nothing. And have a few 10 cent pieces ready for the lift if you don't want to take the stairs!

Great little hotel, but a little difficult to find
A great little hotel in a very busy and lively part of Naples, just what we were after. The only problem was finding the hotel. It is accessed through a little doorway in a large double door which leads into a courtyard and once inside is quite difficult to locate easily. Once found however, we could not fault the hotel and its helpful staff.

Our host was fantastic and accommodating because our arrival in Napoli was late due to Trenitalia delays. He was gracious and came back to the property to check us in. Thank you so much! The room and bathroom were spacious, quiet, and of course the property is in a prime and central location of the historical area of Napoli. Unless you use the lift (make sure to have exact change), you will need to take many steps up to the actual hotel door. Would not recommend this Art Suite nel Cuore di Napoli for persons with limited physical mobility. The ability to have the cleaning person do our laundry (for a fee) was extremely helpful - she was so kind and also accommodating.

Spotless apartment , central area for sightseeing
Highly recommended. Communication very good with owner Federico. Helped arrange return airport taxi which was a big plus. Apartment superb, absolutely spotless. Our room was large and quiet. 2nd room was street facing a little noise heard . Breakfast in cafe across road was good and v handy-nice croissants /ham or cheese toastie then juice and coffee /tea. Room serviced every day, bed made and bathroom freshened up which was unexpected. Will return again and would highly recommend.

Le petit déjeuner se prend à l extérieur du bâtiment de l’autte côté de la rue et se résume à une boisson chaude et un croissant on est bien loin du petit déjeuner complet... le ménage n’est pas fait le dimanche et l’ascenseur est payant 0,10€ pour le 2e étage et de la vous avez de nombreuses marches avant d’acceder a votre chambre... Le parking proposé par l’hôtel Reste assez cher et assez loin... 25€/ jour Le point positif reste la situation géographique en plein centre historique...

Stanza pressoché nuova e molto confortevole, ottimo servizio, ubicazione perfetta per visitare il centro storico. Forse l'unica pecca è di dover uscire dal palazzo e andare nel bar di fronte a fare colazione, la quale per noi italiani può andare bene, per uno straniero potrebbe essere troppo scarna.
