The accommodations catered to our needs that required two separate reservations before and after our hike to the Machu Pichu. The hotel stored our luggage free of charge without requiring us to pay for a room! The breakfast was nice and Sessa arranged for us to have our laundry cleaned at a nominal price. Good location and service
We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were very accommodating. Our son got sick and they recommended muña tea and directed us to the nearest pharmacy. The hot water is also regulated by the town and it is cut off from around 1am and back at 6am. The staff (Cesar) helped my friend and stocked water for her since she had to leave for the Inca Trail at 0400. The location is very near town and the Ollantaytambo ruins. Also walking distance to the train to Aguas Calientes. We will stay again if we're in the area.
