Nasty,sewage fumes are unbearable.
This is the worst thing that has ever happened to the hotel business. This place waleepai should not be on the list of hotels for people to chose from. Yuck!

2/10 Poor

This is probably the worst hotel in Bangkok that we've stayed in. The hotel receptionist do not speak English so check in can be difficult. Most of the time they are playing games on their cell phones rather than focusing on customers. The hotel is on four floors with no lift so you would struggle with your luggage as no help is offered. The rooms are very poorly furnished and not clean at all. This hotel does not look anything like the photos. It shouldn't even make a 1* hotel. The so called resort can't be found on the Sat nav as it takes you to the wrong location. The only good things about the hotel are the free coffee and toast available in the morning and the swimming pool actually looks the same as in the photos. Calling it a resort is truly laughable. We would never consider this place again.

Stay away!. Expedia should screen properties it represents. This property is 1 star at best and gives “Resort” a new meaning! It is in the middle of no where and the staff do not speak English. Try arriving in Bangkok at 12:30am after arriving from a 20hr flight and not be able to find a cab that can even find this place. We were changed around a few cars until we found someone that would attempt to drive us there. After finally going down wrong streets in the middle of nowhere the cab driver finally found it. We were still not sure even after arriving. There was no sign outside designating this a hotel and it looked like more of a run down apartment building. I went up to the front desk to find a sleeping receptionist that spoke no English. I understand I am in Thailand but I don’t speak Thai. For some reason I assumed if a property was represented on Expedia someone would be there that spoke English. The cab drivers english was better so he stayed to make sure this was even the right place. The guy behind the desk was not wanting to help me. I far as I can tell he was telling the cab driver he did not have my reservation and wanted me to pay for all three nights up front. I showed him my print out from Expedia showing the confirmation # and amount I paid. He then brought out his calculator and started calculating how much I paid and said I had not paid Expedia enough and wanted more. It was an impossible situtation. Hopefully Expedia refunds my payment.
