Treat your customers better
The ceiling was leaking at night and we complained they said they would send someone in the morning to take a look. By the time we woke up the entire place was flooded. They promised us a refund and we are still waiting!

Amazing room amazing ambiance but my pillows reeked of perfume. Assuming pillowcases weren’t changed and considering hygiene + the price I paid for a night that was very off putting. Also you guys provided dish soap, cups, silverware.. but not one bottle of water lol Other than that I was pleased with my stay and would come back during the summer days. Free parking 10/10

Room service attendants didn’t change my sheets during the 4 days we stayed. When I requested I was told “theres no time.” I asked for sheets sets to change the beds on my own. I only received 1 set for the 3 beds we had in the room. Parking is scarce. Other than that the Juniper restaurant has good food and drinks. The property is nice and front desk staff is very courteous.
