Very sleek hotel design, friendly staff and 24/7 reception. Parking was easy but then we arrived very late at night. Didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t comment on the quality but I know they don’t cater to vegans as I contacted them previously about it. Other than that it was a great stay at a reasonable price!

H4 Hotel in Mönchengladbach
Mir hat es grundsätzlich sehr gut im Hotel gefallen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Anmeldung super schnell. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, ansprechend eingerichtet und das Bett war wirklich gut. Kaffee und Tee gab es auch auf dem Zimmer und mein Blick ging auf einen Rasenplatz. Die Lage des Hotels ist so ruhig, dass ich mit offenem Fenster geschlafen habe. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Essen und die Cocktails in der Sportsbar waren auch lecker. Aber leider war die Reinigung des Zimmers nicht zufriedenstellend, was sehr schade ist. Denn für die Hotel Klasse sollte diese besser ausfallen.

1. Erreur de chambre occupée : C’est une faute grave en termes de gestion et de sécurité. Attribuer une chambre déjà occupée est non seulement gênant mais peut également susciter des inquiétudes sur la confidentialité et le professionnalisme. 2. Attente pour une solution : Bien que des erreurs puissent arriver, il aurait été préférable que l’hôtel propose une compensation ou une attention pour le désagrément (comme un surclassement, par exemple). 3. Problème matériel (cintre défectueux) : Cela montre un manque de contrôle qualité sur les équipements de l’hôtel. Un tel incident, surtout s’il cause des dommages, nécessite une intervention immédiate et un geste commercial. 4. Personnel de la réception : Si le service est désagréable ou peu professionnel, cela aggrave les autres points négatifs. Le personnel d’accueil est le visage de l’établissement et joue un rôle clé dans l’expérience globale.
