I had a great stay at Laguna Praia. For me, during the hotter months, a good AC and good shower really help the experience. Laguna had both. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and laundry service (extra fee) were extra nice. Two things to consider - bed is on the firmer side (I slept fine) and you’re steps away from beach walk so there can be some people noise at night (which was fine for me). Overall, wonderful stay in JP at Laguna.

The hotel is nice and well located. The main feature, the reason why I booked it, and in fact the picture on my reservation is the rooftop pool that was closed for maintenance. I would not have stayed there if I knew about. Staff was no helpful and just told me Expedia knew about the maintenance. Overall, staff (excluding the nice people working at the restaurant) was a major problem. I was barely greated cordially, I was not acknowledge as gold member or offered any perks for being one. I was neither offer any compensation for the pool closure. Quite frankly, I do not see the point of being a good member.

Razoável. O hotel é limpo e com boa localização, embora a região de Tambaú seja muito barulhenta e movimentada. Há regiões mais aprazíveis na cidade, com excelentes condições de praia e acesso. O café da manhã é bom, porém, tumultuado pelo excesso de hóspedes que o hotel recebe. Parece que é hotel de excursão. Pouca acolhida e receptividade. Fui surpreendida com cobrança indevida de frigobar. As instalações são muito antiquadas, necessitando de uma revigorada. Banheiro antigo. Decoração e mobiliário fora de moda (faixas de cetim nas cabeceiras e nos travesseiros, desnecessárias). De maneira geral, não faz jus ao preço e as avaliações feitas pelos hóspedes, que me induziu a escolha do mesmo

Lugar incrível. Atendimento impecável, desde a chegada até a saída, todos extremamente educados e muito gente boa. Ótima estadia e café da manhã!
Ótima localização para quem prefere o agito de Tambau, camas confortáveis, ótima limpeza, e o ponto forte realmente foi o café da manhã! Completo, variado, fresco. Só não dei nota máxima devido falta de manutenção, percebe- se que tem passado por reformas de quem faz "com pressa", cantos dos box do wc com aspecto ruim e escuro devido residuos de silicones e afins. Maçanetas das portas com peças soltas . Faltou o essencial para destino de praia, um varal ou suporte no quarto para roupas molhadas. Piscina e academia no último andar são muito boas também.
