Male reception staff need to improve their attitude. I came with a usual problem for international travellers and they basically shut down and told me to figure it out myself instead of offering support or options. Room was dusty and had pee stains on the floor. Cleaning service came right after I reported it but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Really cool, creative and artistic looking hotel. Spacious enough room for 3 people with queen bed and double sofa. Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Our one drawback was towels from previous guest being left in the room when we arrived. Yuk. Other than that, we’re glad we stayed there. It’s convenient to Dachau although I should add, not at all convenient to touristy parts of Munich. But after being 5 days in Berlin, I actually didn’t mind.

I can’t believe they never went to the room to clean. From the day I arrived (august 22nd) until the day I left (August 26th) no one went to clean the room or even change towels. When I went to the reception they said they clean every 3 days (unbelievable). Under the bed the dust was sign that they never vacuum or pass a mop. The garbage has to taken out by the client. They should inform that they don’t clean. The app says breakfast are priced €16.00 adult and €8.00 children. I was charged €18.00 per person. ( my child was charged as an adult).

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. There were some issues with our room when we checked in and the front desk staff went out of their way to fix everything and make sure we had a comfortable stay. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The rooms were big and comfy, although had issues, like wallpaper peeling off and ceiling trim falling off, no screens on the windows so bugs get in if you open them. Hallways were full of spiders. Gross. Housekeeping decided to let themselves in at 8 AM this morning while we were sleeping too which is pretty inappropriate, that's way too early.

The cleanliness level was very poor; the rooms were full of insects, the bed was infested with bed bugs and was not clean, and the previous guest's leftovers were still in the room. I filed a complaint at the reception desk, but I was told that nothing could be done and I was advised to write a review. Listing such a hotel on Expedia could harm Expedia's reputation."

Unfortunately, there is shortage in employment and room equipment. The billows was very bad and empty and i asked the reception to change or add more, he told me the room service left and he will bring to me from another room!! But over all our stay was not bad!
