Inconsistent
I booked through Hotels.com and didn't have the option to add breakfast, it was removed when you paid in full in advance. I assumed this meant that breakfast was included, however, it was included some days and not others, the staff couldn't help either. They checked on the computer and it said room-only some days. Each morning it was a mystery whether I had to pay extra for breakfast or not. On top of that, some days breakfast was cooked to order and some days it was a buffet, some days I got asked what eggs I would like and other days I got what i was given, it was just very inconsistent
