We had an amazing stay at the AC Hotel. There was a slight inconvenience with their ceiling damage due to water leak during that week but they immediately took care of it, and ensured safety. It was overall an amazing experience!

Great location in heart of Santiago, near all of the higher rated restaurants and close to the monument. Only about an hour from Puerto Plata. Maid service was very good. Self park was convenient but was surprised no valet was offered. Pool looks beautiful but water is not very clear.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Our room had a small but lovely view of the Santiago Monument, which was a nice touch. The pool area is small but charming—perfectly fitting for a boutique hotel. One of the highlights is the rooftop, which features a restaurant, a rooftop bar, and even a cigar lounge. What we loved most is that everything looked exactly like the pictures online—no surprises, just as advertised. We included breakfast with our stay, and it was the best decision. The food was excellent, with both buffet and à la carte options available. The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. The location is another big plus—centrally located and within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!
