Why didn't "the lady" open the door twice?
I stayed in this hostel for 2 nights. The people in my room were all quiet and nice, the room was clean and quite spacious, the kitchen was not very big but enough to make some food and have a cup of tea, and the receptionists were all kind and helpful.
However, I have one question which I really want to ask. To get into the hostel, every guest should ring the bell at the front door, and I had no problems with it except when "one lady" was working at the reception. When she was on duty, I rang the bell 5 times until the door was opened, and I saw her work at the reception. It was the first time, so I didn't take it seriously. But, the second time, I rang the bell more than 15 times and waited outside for 5 minutes. Fortunately, one guy opened the door for me from the inside. I went to the reception and the lady was there. She was just at the reception, and she couldn't miss the bell sound because the sound is really big. I didn't have time enough to ask her the reason why she didn't open the door as I had to catch a bus, but I really want to know "WAS IT DELIBERATE? I RANG THE BELL 15 TIMES CONSECUTIVELY FOR 5 MINUTES AND SHE WAS AT THE RECEPTION. WHAT WAS GOING ON THEN? WAS SHE IN THE RESTROOM? I THINK SHE WOULD NEVER BE IN THE RESTROOM. WHAT WAS IT SERIOUSLY?"
