"Outstanding hotel. Coming from the train, hopped #1 tram to Commerce, 1 block from hotel, which is in the lovely pedestrian zone. Rooms was large, excellent bed & bedding, WC was sleek, nice to have a little fridge & bathrobes. Our "Priviledge" Room also had a Juliet balconey overlooking the walkway. Common rooms have simple elegance (lobby, bar, restaurant). Didn't use the gym, but ironing room was handy! Great area for seeing sights, restaurants & shops. BTW our impressions of this hotel started out great in the first minutes because of the young lady at reception, Julie,who greeted us the afternoon of Nov 2nd. Rarely do we meet someone so flawless in every aspect. She was warm, friendly and very efficient. Provided an excellent room, clear information and made sure we were aware of all the hotel offers. After giving us our keys (without having to ask, 2) she asked if there was any other way she could help make our visit better. One has the feeling she will be succesful in any profession but she is certainly perfectly suited to hospitality. This is definitely our No #1 for Nantes on any return trip."

"I had a great stay at the Demain Hotel! My room was sparkling clean and I loved the funky design in bright colours. The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot and well pressurised. The view from my room in the attic added to the feeling of being away from the city while being right in it. The check in staff was very friendly and always ready for a chat. There was filter coffee and tea available anytime at the reception area. The location of the hotel is practically only 2 minutes away from the city centre, 20min by foot from the train station (buses and tram would be faster). After having travelled to 127 countries I love smaller hotels like this which are comfortable and welcoming!"

"Hôtel situé à 2 pas de l’arrêt du tramway. L’accueil fut plus qu’extra avec JADE. Avons bénéficié de son sourire et sa gentillesse (café et biscuits) durant nos 3 jours. Notre chambre était parfaite, spacieuse, lit confortable, salle de bain propre, située au 5è avec vue sur la place Royale. À proximité des restaurants et des endroits à visiter. À noter qu’à Nantes, les transports en commun (tramway, bus, bateau) sont gratuits les fins de semaine. Un extra! On recommande cet hôtel. "
