The room had corner baseboard pieces missing, the floor was coming apart in the bathroom. There was dog food crumbs and muddy prints on the chair and on one of the comforters. The juice machine was out of order and the breakfast was ok but kind of sad. A brown recluse fell out of my husbands towel while he was drying his hair so that freaked us out a bit. Not amazing

No elevators firstly. Secondly, the room had visible stains on the floor, bed, and even doors and walls. Also, struggled for quite a while getting lots of luggage down the stairs and into their shuttle, and both staff members just watched silently. It had soaps and shampoos there and the aesthetic was nice but those were the only good things I can think of.
